All properties have the following rules

No events or parties or you will be immediately asked to vacate and no refund given

No loud music

No smoking or $150 fee charged on your deposit

Quiet after 10:00 PM

Must observe check in and check out times.

Must leave house with dishes washed and counters clean

If you bring a pet do not allow on the beds or furniture

Clean up after your pet outside
